Recruitment Policy
We always consider the candidates possessing the following qualifications most suitable:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), high school equivalency certificate, or equivalent
- Ontario Security Guard Licence
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Proven experience as a dedicated security guard
- A diploma from a recognized Community College in law enforcement preferable.
- Non-violence crises intervention training
- WHMIS training
- Use of Force training

Health and Safety Policy

- Provide adequate control of Health and Safety risks arising from work activities.

- Any incident/accident on the site to be reported to the 24 hours control room in no time and calling up the emergency number 911 at any point.
